… for pumpkins, Pip’s, and more on Saturday, October 17th, 2026, from 10am to 12pm at our office in NE Portland.

Enjoy a sweet treat from Pip’s Original Doughnuts & Chai, mingle with some precious baby goats, pick out a free pumpkin, and say hi to your favorite Neighbors agent!

In order to ensure we have enough pumpkins for everyone, we ask that our guests RSVP so we have an accurate count. RSVP form and important details are below. We hope to see you!

Neighbors Realty office at 1826 NE Everett St, Portland OR 97232.

Our parking lot will be occupied with all our fun plans, so please plan to park nearby in the neighborhood, take public transit (Tri-Met bus lines nearby include the 12, 19, and 20), or ride your bike if the weather is good!

What to EXPECT…

Your Neighbors agent has you covered with free pumpkins for each household, as well as hot drinks and doughnuts from Pip’s. We will also be hosting some sweet baby goats from Portland Goat Parties!

Rain or shine…

October in Oregon means a good chance of rain! Our event space will be partially covered and restrooms are available inside the office.
