This guide is intended to lead you through the onboarding process at Neighbors Realty: please take your time going through the steps—don’t panic! If there’s anything you need that isn’t on this list, just ask let us know.

  1. Familiarize yourself with Haystack! This is our communication hub, where agents and staff post questions, updates, news, and recordings of the weekly company meeting, among other things.

  2. Explore the Resources for our essential how-tos, such as:

  3. Familiarize yourself with our Brand Resources and Standards and why they matter.

  4. Take a tour of the office, and then review the Office Tips for the next time you come in.

  5. Familiarize yourself with the programs we use below. We will send you an invitation to set up each of these accounts, if necessary.

    • Policies and procedures;

    • Printer/copier help, including flyer printing;

  • Olivia Boone (she/her, olivia@workwithneighbors.com) is your Marketing Director. Reach out to her for:
