Arriving

Your key to the office opens not only the front door but both courtyard gates; north gate is our trash area and A-frame/directional sign shed, south gate is our landscaped courtyard.

If you are arriving outside staffed hours hours, you'll have to let yourself in. Upon entering, you’ll hear the countdown timer on the alarm keypad in the hallway by the bathroom and mailboxes. You have 60 seconds to enter your code on the keypad and press ‘Standby’ to disarm the alarm. Lights, heating/cooling, and music will all start when the alarm disarms.

HVAC & Air Flow

The heating and air conditioning are on a schedule with energy conservation in mind. However, it will quickly warm/cool after you arrive. Our HVAC is linked to our alarm, and the space will start heating/cooling the minute you arrive.

The office has seven HEPA filters that are set on high to maximize the air changeover rate in the office. These filters are turned on/off with the alarm, so please don’t manually adjust them.

Departing

Press ‘Away’ on the keypad to arm the alarm. You have 60 seconds before the alarm is fully armed. As you exit, please lock the door behind you.
